Supply List

This is a heavy duty rebounder with front and back. Modify it based on your particular needs.

Casters with Hardware

  • 4 × 4-inch heavy-duty casters
  • 16 × 5/16" x 2" hex bolts
  • 16 × 5/16" nuts
  • 16 × split washers
  • 16 × flat washers

Screws

  • #10 x 2.5" wood screws (primary structural screws)
  • #8 x 1-5/8" wood screws
  • 1" self-drilling screws (for metal tie plates)

Lumber (Pressure-Treated)*

  • 5 × 2x10 x 8 ft
  • 6 × 2x4 x 8 ft
  • 2 × 2x4 x 10 ft
  • 1 × 1/2" pressure-treated plywood sheet (If you are building for a neighborhood I highly recommend 3/4' plywood to reduce noise.

Construction Hardware

  • 4 × 2.5" tie plates

Optional (but smart)

  • Exterior wood glue - industrial wood glue will provide a tighter seal between the plywood and the 2x10s which reduces noise.
  • Outdoor sealant (extra longevity)

* Note: Pressure treated lumber is often moist when you buy it and can be up to 50% heavier than it will be once  it dries out.

Wooden boards on wheels standing outdoors in the sunlight.

Give a thank you!

Please consider giving $5, $10 or even $20 so I can continue to provide resources like these for free.

Thank yous :)
